Facility Maintenance Supervisor needs 5 years’ experience Facility Maintenance Supervisor requires: • Two-year technical degree or five years’ experience as an Operations & Maintenance Supervisor, or completion of an apprenticeship program. • Four-year degree related engineering, construction management or business management (Preferred). • Proven experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or a related field sufficient to deal with service and repair requests. • Knowledge of the following trades/skills: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance • OSHA • BMS • Universal EPA certifications • Required to lift, use power tools Facility Maintenance Supervisor duties: • Supervise and provide guidance to a team of facilities technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching. • Coordinate and prioritize work orders and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and efficient use of resources. • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime. • Accomplishing repairs for HVAC equipment, Monitor and Adjust HVAC systems to keep within allowable parameters. Heat Exchangers, Chiller Pumps, electrical systems, fire alarm systems, potable water systems, and building automation systems.
