The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in a client-focused family law practice, providing meaningful legal support primarily to high net-worth individuals and families involved in complex domestic relations matters. Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a salary range of \(85,000 to \)140,000 based on experience, litigation background, and the level of independence the candidate brings to the role.
- \(85,000 to \)105,000 for candidates with 3 to 4 years of family law litigation experience
- \(105,000 to \)140,000 for candidates with 5+ years of family law litigation experience

Skills
- Active Illinois law license required
- 3+ years of legal experience preferred
- Experience or exposure to domestic relations matters strongly preferred
- Strong written, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, emotionally sensitive environment
- Willingness to travel locally for court appearances as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned caseload from intake through resolution
- Review and respond to discovery requests
- Draft pleadings, court orders, memoranda, and related legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze case materials
- Appear in court for status hearings, motions, and trials
- Conduct and attend depositions
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide legal guidance
- Prepare and process court filings
- Manage scheduling and case deadlines
- Participate in networking and outreach to support business development
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

Education Requirements
