Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly pay rate of $150.
  • Full-time independent contractor position.
  • Normal operation hours from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • Strong clinical competency in Family Medicine.

  • Proficiency in conducting preventive and health maintenance care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and supervise a full range of physician services as granted by the Medical Treatment Facility.
  • Examine, diagnose, treat, or prescribe courses of treatment within your scope of practice.
  • Provide preventive care, including annual physicals and health education.
  • Order diagnostic tests and request consultations or referrals as necessary.
  • Lead educational lectures and training for medical staff, adhering to clinical standards.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Current Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP).
  • Proven clinical experience with at least 32 hours of patient treatment in the past 24 months.

Education Requirements

  • Must have graduated from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada.

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • M.D. or D.O. degree must be accredited by recognized medical education bodies.

Experience Requirements

  • Successful completion of a residency program in Family Medicine, with at least 1 year of supervised clinical experience.
  • Must have and maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
