We’re looking for a passionate Outside Account Executive to join our team and build relationships in the Raleigh, NC territory. This is a fully remote, field-based role, but candidates must reside locally in the Raleigh area to serve the market effectively.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on cold-calling and client acquisition (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills, including territory planning and pipeline management
  • A proactive, “hunter” mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Confidence in discussing financial terms, fees, and service details with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, including delivering engaging presentations to prospective clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools like Salesforce, and general tech-savviness

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients through cold calling (door-to-door) and social media outreach to achieve sales goals
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in your assigned territory, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers to present our services
  • Create lasting relationships by making great first impressions and maintaining ongoing engagement with leads and clients
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
  • Log and manage all sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on cold-calling and client acquisition (2+ years preferred)
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 3-5 years of related experience
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
