• Technical support experience in the field

Responsibilities

• Identify cost savings mechanisms within the WBS organization and make recommendations
• Respond to dispatched service calls within 8 working hours as per customer contract
• Schedule calls to manage response time effectively
• Reinforce operator training with customers as appropriate
• Distribute customer comment cards or conduct site surveys for feedback
• Maintain a professional image of Field Service Representatives
• Climb ladders to adjust or fix equipment as needed
• Repair equipment problems to completion and maintain logs for reference
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance routines
• Submit all administrative requirements accurately and timely
• Maintain effective control and care of company property
• Collaborate positively with all levels within the organization

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school
• Minimum 1+ year industry experience
