Skills

• Thorough knowledge of basic electronics
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in Concur, Paylocity, Microsoft Windows/Office, TechMate, Inventory Control, and PC skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both orally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Identify cost savings mechanisms within the organization and make recommendations
• Respond to dispatched service calls within 8 working hours or less as dictated by customer contracts
• Schedule calls to appropriately manage response time
• Reinforce operator training issues with customers as appropriate
• Repair equipment problems and perform scheduled preventive maintenance routines
• Maintain effective control and care of all company property such as vehicles and tools
• Maintain positive relations with colleagues and provide coverage for other Field Service Representatives during vacations
• Complete all administrative requirements accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of industry experience
• Requires technical support in the field
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to various locations

Education Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school
