Skills
- Proficiency in electrical measurement tools (e.g., voltmeter, oscilloscope)
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read schematics and diagnose software issues
- Familiarity with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with AC/DC circuits, servo controls, sensors, and PLCs
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
- High-level understanding of safety protocols related to electrical and laser systems
Responsibilities
- Perform system-level troubleshooting and on-site repairs
- Dismantle and rebuild machines mechanically and electrically
- Set up high-power Ytterbium Fiber Lasers and verify beam alignment
- Perform software updates on HMI, PLC, and CNC systems
- Interpret schematics and block diagrams for diagnostics
- Monitor and optimize laser system performance
- Train customers on equipment use and maintenance
- Document service issues and resolutions in detail
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Lasers, Electronics, Robotics, or Manufacturing (required); Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with CNC-controlled manufacturing equipment (laser experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction and training
- Ability to interpret technical documents and solve practical problems
