Responsibilities

  • Respond to dispatched service calls, ensuring timely arrival at customer sites
  • Properly schedule service calls to manage response time effectively
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electronic equipment
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance routines on customer equipment
  • Maintain accurate logs of service calls and repairs
  • Uphold a professional image of our Field Service Representatives
  • Comply with all administrative requirements, including work order tickets and expense reports

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school
  • Minimum 1+ year of industry experience
