Skills

• Thorough knowledge of basic electronics
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in Concur, Paylocity, Microsoft Windows/Office, TechMate, Inventory Control, and PC skills
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatched service calls within 8 working hours or less
• Schedule calls to manage response time efficiently
• Repair equipment problems by making adjustments or replacing defective parts
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance routines on customer equipment
• Maintain accurate logs and administrative documentation
• Care for and control all company property, including tools and vehicles
• Provide coverage for other Field Service Representatives during vacations
• Maintain positive relations within the organization and fulfill other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of industry experience
• Experience in a similar technical support role
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve field service issues

Education Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school
