Skills

  • Thorough knowledge of basic electronics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Technical support experience in the field
  • Proficient in Concur, Paylocity, Microsoft Windows/Office, TechMate, Inventory Control, and PC skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify cost-saving mechanisms and make recommendations
  • Respond to dispatched service calls within 8 working hours
  • Properly schedule calls to manage response time
  • Conduct operator training and gather customer feedback
  • Repair equipment, maintain logs, and perform preventive maintenance
  • Submit all administrative requirements accurately and timely
  • Maintain effective control of company property
  • Provide coverage for other Field Service Representatives if needed
  • Complete other duties as assigned to support the company’s mission

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year in the industry
