Skills

• Knowledge of basic electronics and strong mechanical aptitude
• Proficient in Concur, Paylocity, Microsoft Windows/Office, TechMate, Inventory Control, and PC skills
• Ability to provide technical support in the field
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatched service calls, ensuring timely arrival at customer sites
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs of financial security equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance routines on all customer equipment
• Maintain accurate logs of service calls and equipment issues
• Ensure effective control and care of company property
• Build and maintain positive relations with customers and team members
• Provide coverage for other Field Service Representatives during vacations
• Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill company mission

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school
• Minimum of 1+ years industry experience
