Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations, overseeing budgeting, procurement, and general business functions
• Manage and develop a team, ensuring compliance with government regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience in finance or accounting
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare environment
• Project management expertise and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred

Education Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Health Administration
• CPA, CMA, CHFP, or FHFMA certification is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

Experience Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least one (1) year in a healthcare environment
• Seven (7) years in finance or accounting, with at least three (3) years in management preferred
