Skills
- Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in managing Global Finance System Projects, with specific emphasis on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials.
- Experience working within a PMO group.
- Proven track record of active participation in a minimum of five complete project lifecycles.
- Ability to coordinate project teams to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
- Capable of carrying out monitoring and control activities to track project progress and manage risks.
- Familiarity with Azure ADO is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the PMO Methodology and Lifecycle Processes.
- Create and maintain documentation supporting the PMO Methodology.
- Educate and consult with the PM group regarding PMO methodology.
- Collate and track program status and project artifacts throughout various project stages.
- Ensure compliance with methodology and track ongoing projects using agreed tools.
- Analyze data and provide Value Add reports to PMO Leadership and stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Provide induction and support to Project Managers (PMs) and Portfolio Managers (PFMs) on project methodology.
- Monitor and maintain SharePoint and Teams tools.
- Conduct meetings with Portfolio Managers and stakeholders to review data.
- Create and maintain toolsets for the Program Management group.
- Recommend corrective actions on projects when necessary.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of overall experience, preferably on Global projects.
- Previous responsibility for managing Finance system projects is a must.
- Experience coordinating a project team to keep them on track and within budget.
- Ability to execute monitoring and control activities to ensure project delivery on time.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
