As an Operation Incentive Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our transition project to streamline calculations through an application. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting intricate Excel formulas for commission payments - Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of utilized reports - Preparing monthly commission calculations and conducting reconciliations - Collaborating with IT and reporting teams to develop and test necessary reports - Partnering with senior leaders and the Compensation Department to model commission plans - Performing routine audits to ensure plan compliance and payment accuracy - Analyzing processes and spearheading improvements - Assisting in the implementation and ongoing administration of commission plans - Supporting system conversion and testing processes Preferred Requirements: - Master’s Degree in a related field (preferred) with 2-5 years of financial, accounting, or data analysis experience - Advanced problem-solving skills in mathematical analysis of large datasets - Proficiency in Advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL and VBA is advantageous - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail Title: Financial Analyst Pay: $28/hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (40 hours/week, Full-time) Type: Potential for Temporary to Permanent role Industry: Mortgage/Real Estate If you're passionate about the Financial Analyst role and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply today!
