Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence services, including on-site or remote examinations, portfolio reviews, and acquisition due diligence
  
• Analyze transactions on a case-by-case basis within the defined scope of work
  
• Create and utilize Excel workpapers to complete testing and analysis
  
• Prepare comprehensive written reports detailing findings, insights, and recommendations for clients
  
• Communicate directly with clients via conference calls, meetings, and email updates to ensure transparency and collaboration
  
• Engage with subject companies, including key decision-makers, to gather insights, discuss business updates, and provide clarity on observations
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  
• Prior Asset-Based Lending (ABL) or Specialty Finance experience is a plus, but not required
