Skills

• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with members and colleagues
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with lending and depository regulations is a plus
• Ability to analyze credit reports and make informed recommendations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable operating standard office equipment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with members by creating memorable experiences
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
• Assist members in navigating our digital banking tools
• Help members understand their loan options
• Greet and welcome members with a warm and professional demeanor
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall member experience
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team and our members
• Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS)

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with regulatory knowledge in lending is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
