Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. - Oversee the client onboarding process, building trusted advisor relationships with client executives and proactively identifying solutions to meet their business needs. - Manage the hiring process for remote accountants, including candidate review, interviewing, and training. - Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. - Monitor team performance, providing feedback and guidance to maintain client satisfaction and profitability. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with 4+ years in a managerial role. - Experience in a multi-client environment, preferably with small to mid-sized businesses. - Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar cloud-based accounting software. - Strong leadership skills and ability to develop remote team relationships based on trust and accountability. - Dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet access.
