Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from \(45,000 - \)75,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment by making outbound calls and following up with prospective advisors to expand our network
  • Achieve and exceed monthly recruitment and activity targets
  • Collaborate closely with senior and junior sales professionals on recruitment strategies
  • Assist new advisors with the affiliation and onboarding process
  • Support advisors in leveraging technology and marketing platforms to accelerate AUM growth
  • Participate in and coordinate marketing campaigns and events
  • Engage in ongoing strategy development to enhance recruitment and retention
  • Build relationships through engaging conversations both over the phone and in person

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Willingness to obtain Series 65 registration (required)
  • Prior sales and financial services experience (preferred)
