Position Responsibilities * Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment. * Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts. * Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments. * Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. * Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt. Minimum Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent required . Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. * Prior call center experience / bookkeeping a plus. * Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
