The Mesa Fire and Medical Department is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Firefighter Recruit. Compensation and Benefits

• Firefighter Recruit Pay: $52,249 Annually
• Mesa Firefighter Pay (After Promotion from Recruit Academy): $54,928 Annually

• Completion of the CPAT required within six months of the Academy’s start date.
