Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients over the phone, building rapport and understanding their fitness needs
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with leads and close deals
• Follow up immediately with leads and maintain consistent contact as necessary
• Conduct remote sales consultations, guiding prospects to appropriate fitness programs
• Overcome objections confidently to help clients commit to their fitness journeys
• Track your sales performance and strive to meet or exceed goals
• Collaborate with a high-energy team that values dedication and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Passion for fitness and a desire to help others

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred, but not mandatory
