• Payment: \(125.00-\)200.00 per loan signing appointment

• Administer oaths/affirmations
• Perform acknowledgments
• Conduct verifications on oath or affirmation (jurats)
• Witness or attest signatures
• Certify or attest copies, including certifying tangible copies of electronic records
• Fulfill other duties as provided by law

Qualifications

• MUST be a U.S. citizen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear a background check
• Notary Public certification (completion of education and exam is mandatory)
• Notary Bond is required ($10,000: 4-year term)
• Experience in notarizing loan documents
