Skills

• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including variance and trend analysis
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business decisions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
• Lead the annual budgeting process
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements
• Continuously enhance financial planning processes and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
