We are a transportation service provider located in Orlando, FL, with a new office offering remote working opportunities. We are seeking Freight Agents/Dispatchers who do not have an existing customer base. As an independent agent, you will solicit freight services from your customers, arrange transportation, dispatch loads to drivers, and monitor their freight to its final destination. We provide ALL of the back-office administrative and support work, allowing you to focus on selling and moving freight.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls from drivers and customers
• Make outbound cold calls to new potential customers
• Monitor electronic messages for the fleet and respond to drivers’ requests and inquiries
• Manage O.S.&D issues as they arise
• Address all accidents as they occur
• Complete all computer work for Loaded Calls, Empty Calls, Relays, etc.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B telemarketing or inside sales experience
• Previous cold calling experience
• Ability to work remotely from a home office
