Responsibilities

  • Welcome every person that comes to our office
  • Open and close the office while managing phone services
  • Maintain the lobby and workspace orderliness
  • Answer phones and screen calls efficiently
  • Retrieve daily reports and logs
  • Handle invoices and financial statements
  • Process office mail and correspondence
  • Speak with customers to take product orders and enter sales orders into the system
  • Assist executive management with their tasks and needs
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Support other departments with clerical functions as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years previous receptionist experience
  • Ability to learn HCI computer software systems quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software programs
  • Well-groomed and professionally attired
  • No visible tattoos or piercings
