Compensation and Benefits

This front desk position offers a competitive salary ranging from \(28,000 to \)32,000 per year, dependent on skills, education, and experience.

Skills

  • Experience with answering phones and data entry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Welcome counseling clients and their families, checking them in for appointments
  • Greet visitors in-person or by phone, transferring calls as needed
  • Prepare intake packets and distribute necessary forms to clients
  • Manage mail distribution and input weekly supervision data
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for staff
  • Ensure a safe and clean reception area
  • Communicate client concerns and agency needs to maintain program continuity
  • Access and help maintain community information bulletin boards
  • Update employee contacts and maintain security protocols
  • Demonstrate open communication with administrative staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet agency goals

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative/clerical duties
  • Quick learner with exceptional organizational skills
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in answering phones, typing, and data input preferred
  • Background in an administrative role is a plus
