Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger management
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Manage payroll processing and related financial reporting
• Support the implementation of a new accounting system and reporting structure
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and processes
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial operations and best practices

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance OR 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced accounting environment
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Excel
• Problem-Solving & Initiative: A self-starter with a proactive approach to process improvement
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance
