Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing full-service accounting support.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records through daily review of transactions and reports.
• Assist in financial accounting processes, from reconciliations to financial statement preparation.
• Prepare management reports and respond to client questions and requests.
• Use technology to improve workflows and streamline accounting processes.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and managers, offering valuable financial insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred).
• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and advanced Excel.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPA, CPA candidate, or Enrolled Agent certification is a plus.
• Verifiable references.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred).
