Skills

• Strong manual adjusting skills (diversified, activator, flexion/distraction, gonstead, Thompson drop)
• Ability to formulate diagnosis and treatment plans
• Excellent patient education abilities regarding health and nutritional counseling
• Strong collaboration skills with team members for comprehensive patient care
• Good communication skills for following up with patients
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise instruction and modalities (Electric stim, Traction)

Responsibilities

• Conduct chiropractic patient exams/evaluations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records)
• Formulate diagnosis and treatment plans
• Educate patients about treatment options, benefits of chiropractic care, therapies/modalities, and lifestyle modifications
• Follow up with patients and encourage continued chiropractic care as needed
• Document and maintain progress notes
• Collaborate with team and staff for comprehensive patient care
• No marketing requirements

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
• Licensed DC in the State of MD with physiotherapy privileges
