We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full-time in Haines, AK. Our clinic is located in the northern part of the Alaska Panhandle, near Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, and just 20 miles from Skagway, AK. Experience the breathtaking beauty of nature in remote Alaska and become a part of our dedicated group! Many tourists visit during the annual appearance of bald eagles in the Alaska Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve from October to February, making Haines home to the largest concentration of bald eagles in the world.

If you are an excellent adjuster who is passionate about Chiropractic Care and eager to live and work amidst the natural beauty of the Alaskan Panhandle, we want you on our team! We are looking for a Chiropractor who is committed to investing their skills and effort into the community for the long term, ideally aiming for a 3-year contract. We handle all administrative tasks such as billing, insurance, and staff management, allowing you to focus on what you do best – caring for patients!

• Strong manual adjustment skills (diversified technique)
• Excellent patient evaluation and diagnostic abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage office day-to-day tasks such as scheduling and charting
• Willingness to travel to a satellite clinic 1x/week in summer and 1x/month in winter

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient exams and evaluations
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
• Provide manual adjustments and other chiropractic treatments
• Manage office tasks including patient flow, scheduling, and charting
• Travel to a satellite clinic as required

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
• Chiropractic License in AK (to be obtained within 10 weeks prior to starting)

Education Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Doctorate degree

Experience Requirements

• Experience in a chiropractic practice is preferred but not mandatory
