We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Indianapolis, IN. This role requires a passionate Chiropractor who enjoys working closely with patients, fostering long-term relationships while providing high-quality, individualized care. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in rehab and soft tissue treatment, and familiarity with Motion Palpation Institute training is a plus. You must be a fantastic adjuster with an excellent bedside manner, a team player, and someone dedicated to our patient’s health and wellness goals.

Skills

  • Strong adjusting skills
  • Knowledge in rehab and soft tissue treatment
  • Familiarity with Motion Palpation Institute training (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial exams and re-exams, including medical history and focused physical exams
  • Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays
  • Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
  • Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
  • Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
  • Provide chiropractic adjustments and various therapies
  • Supervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation and charting
  • Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure treatment goals are met

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
  • Active Chiropractic license in IN
  • Knowledge in rehab and soft tissue treatment
  • Familiarity with Motion Palpation Institute training (a plus)

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in a clinical setting preferred, specifically in chiropractic care
