We are seeking a motivated and principled chiropractor to join our full-time practice in Carmel, IN, located just 20 miles north of Indianapolis. You will be part of a dedicated and diverse team providing the highest level of care to hundreds of practice members each week. Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range: \(70k-\)80k (DOE) plus bonus compensation
• Full-time schedule with flexible evening availability required once a week and monthly events

Responsibilities

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review of imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, pre and post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and various therapies/modalities
• Document and chart patient interactions accurately and timely
• Collaborate with team members, including assistants and support staff, for comprehensive patient care
• Lead new practice members through the onboarding process
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure treatment goals are met
• Attend training seminars and occasional weekend events (fully compensated)

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in Indiana (IN)
