• Knowledge of mortgage closing documents and processes
• Familiarity with U.S. notary laws, governance, and practices
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a time-pressured environment

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and legal online notarizations
• Notarize closing documents as a Loan Signing Agent when applicable
• Assist clients with product education, troubleshooting, and white glove assistance
• Monitor schedule email inbox and calculate/request invoices
• Attend monthly meetings and cross-train as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Higher degree in a relevant discipline is a plus
• Experience as a Notary Public/Signing Agent
• Loan Signing Agent experience and licensure in your state
• Previous call center or face-to-face customer service experience preferred
