We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Salem, OR.   • \(120k-\)150k per year based on experience

Skills

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Nurse Practitioner license in OR
  • Background in Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management is a plus
  • Experience with joint injections is beneficial, but training will be provided
  • Strong patient evaluation and management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient exams and evaluations including medical history and physical exams
  • Order and review tests and labs
  • Formulate diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and modalities
  • Manage patient care
  • Perform trigger point, joint, and regen med injections (training provided)
  • Document and maintain progress notes
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon
  • Experience in Pain Management or related fields is advantageous

Education Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited program

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Nurse Practitioner License

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in a clinical setting preferred, particularly in pain management or orthopedic fields
