Responsibilities

• Provide primary eye care services to patients
• Float between assigned office locations, including Machesney Park, Belvidere, Rockford, Freeport, Dixon, Huntley, Woodstock, Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Beloit, and Janesville
• Set your own patient exam slots (15, 20, or 30 minutes)
• Engage with patients in a supportive and caring manner

Qualifications

• Must possess an O.D. degree from an accredited optometry school
• Completion of all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam
• All states require optometrists to be licensed
