The General Counsel will report directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the Executive team. This role is pivotal as it involves providing legal advice and counsel on a wide array of healthcare and litigation strategies that align with the company’s overarching mission. Additionally, the General Counsel will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive legal and regulatory healthcare strategy that supports the provision of tens of millions of medical services across the United States each year.

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare law, regulatory, and litigation environments.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a legal department.
