Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through chat, phone, and email as a representative to customers
• Assist the Management Team in reporting technical issues and market insights

• Document customer interactions to provide a full customer history
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause
• Assist management with other projects and duties as requested
