We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Houston, Texas. Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will be part of a collegial team dedicated to excellent patient care. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary based on experience with two models:
    • Base + Production (30% past 3x Base in Collections)
    • Straight % of Net Collections (with 1-year Base guarantee)

Responsibilities

  • Perform 400-1,000 surgical procedures annually
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Collaborate with ODs and other MDs to ensure shared patient care
  • Participate in mentorship opportunities for new grads
  • Share call duties equally among MDs and ODs

Qualifications

  • MD degree with a specialization in Ophthalmology
  • Valid medical license to practice in Texas
  • Experience in performing ophthalmic surgeries preferred

  • Previous experience in ophthalmology practice preferred
