Overview: We're seeking a talented individual to lead the creation, deployment, and ongoing management of a cutting-edge digital transformation platform for our procurement and source to pay processes. This exciting role will be crucial to aligning our enterprise transformation agenda and enabling critical initiatives across all markets. Responsibilities: As our source to pay digital transformation leader, you'll be responsible for creating sustainable value by enabling digital tools and processes to transform our core procurement capabilities. You'll optimize and deploy a holistic digitalization strategy and roadmap, in alignment with our procurement, GBS leadership, and functional partners. Furthermore, you'll establish and lead a global governance council, driving sector alignment and ensuring cohesive digital enablement of key procurement digital transformation priorities. You'll work closely with our PGT team to prioritize and shape demand for Ariba suite of products across sectors and functions, while also designing the approach and leading program management for digital transformation. This includes change management, KPI definition, tracking, user adoption, value realization, and ensuring broad realization of the agenda. Partnering with our Sectors and Global Functions, you'll identify, evaluate, and deploy strategic tools, such as software, services, and hardware, to enable products. As the primary source to pay leader/point of contact for significant digital transformation workstreams, you'll ensure efficient integration of S2P digital capability products. Additionally, you'll formalize an internal network of collaboration and best practice sharing across IT, PGT, CDO, etc. to further develop future capability on digital systems, tools, technology, and analytics, as well as associate digital acumen. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). We're seeking a procurement technology leader with ~10+ years of broad category and/or cross-sector experience. Deep and demonstrable experience in source to pay digital transformation, including digital assessment and readiness, strategy and roadmap development, blueprint design and business case, tool selection and implementation, is required.
