Habitat for Humanity of St Charles is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Program Manager. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives led by the Global People Team that have a direct impact on Habitat for Humanity’s global network. The Program Manager will oversee content creation, program management, and performance evaluation efforts to ensure the effective development and execution of impactful organizational interventions. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, national boards, and network-wide stakeholders, this role will help shape strategies that enhance leadership capabilities, organizational effectiveness, and overall network performance.
