The HR Sales Executive will play a vital role in expanding our client base and fostering lasting business relationships. In this position, you will be responsible for HR sales consulting, focusing on business-to-business prospecting, relationship building, and closing new deals through engaging sales presentations and discovery calls.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of \(80,000 - \)85,000, with an OTE of $145,000 and an uncapped commission plan.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years in Human Capital Management (HCM) sales, specifically in HR consulting
  • 1-3 years in a quota-driven sales environment
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional relationship-building and client service abilities

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through curated lead lists, self-sourced prospects, and strategic sales efforts
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers
  • Utilize and master sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, SalesLoft/Outreach, Gong.io, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Effectively manage a strong sales pipeline to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to track and report on sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Human Capital Management (HCM) sales and a quota-driven sales environment
