As the Head of Legal & Compliance, you will take on the role of the company’s senior in-house lawyer and compliance leader. This position entails providing practical legal advice on various matters, including healthcare regulatory issues, corporate and entity governance, employment law, commercial contracts, privacy concerns, and enterprise compliance and risk management. You will manage recurring legal tasks effectively in-house and collaborate with specialized outside counsel for cases that require external expertise. A key objective in your first year will be to minimize reliance on outside counsel while maintaining a high standard of legal rigor.
