Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of claims efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
• Proactively follow up with insurance companies to determine claim status and resolve issues
• Take appropriate action to expedite claim payments, adhering to established policies and procedures
• Prepare and send necessary correspondence to resolve outstanding claims
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation for all accounts

Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Proven experience in insurance follow-up; billing knowledge is highly valued
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
