As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a crucial role in helping them navigate billing processes and resolve outstanding balances. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve actively listening to patients over the phone, empathetically assisting them with their medical balances, and negotiating payment solutions. With comprehensive training, you'll gain the skills needed to provide top-notch customer service while resolving billing issues effectively and efficiently. We're looking for individuals with a knack for problem-solving, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others. If you're a team player with previous customer service experience, particularly in healthcare billing and finance, we encourage you to apply. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the ability to adapt to new software are also essential qualifications for this role. Our Healthcare Customer Service Representatives enjoy the flexibility of a remote position with second shift hours from Monday to Friday, 1pm to 10pm.
