Responsibilities

• Reach out to members to provide information about medical management programs and resources
• Assist in coordinating member needs, answering inquiries, and ensuring they receive the support they require
• Conduct research and perform data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Support clinicians by handling provider and member activities within the Medical Management department
• Communicate effectively through verbal and written correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and managed care systems to address member concerns
• Work with automated systems and Microsoft Office applications to streamline processes

Qualifications

• At least one year of college with two years of experience using automated systems, OR three years of experience with automated systems
• At least one year of experience working with a managed care system

Education Requirements

• Some college coursework in a relevant field

• College coursework in computer science or a healthcare-related field preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience with automated systems and managed care systems
