Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from \(55,600 to \)79,400. Base pay may vary based on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in managing complex projects or programs
• Familiarity with Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies
• Experience in budget development and project management software
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and guide small project management teams within larger programs
• Manage project schedules, scope, budget creation, and quality control of deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks through regular status reporting
• Manage client and team communication by measuring and communicating project metrics
• Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOW) for clients and secure stakeholder approval

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management
