Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to document and type at least 40 words per minute
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and relevant privacy regulations in healthcare
  • Technical familiarity with Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS)
  • Experience with ticketing software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide detailed notes of all activities and interactions in the system
  • Deliver superior customer service
  • Communicate effectively with key organizational stakeholders
  • Manage high-pressure situations with SLA escalation procedures for resolution

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is required
  • Experience in a service desk environment
  • Excellent communication and computer skills

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or IT is a plus
