As a Sales Account Manager / Client Services Manager, you will play an essential role in expanding our home care services and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Skills

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the home care, healthcare, or a related industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a genuine passion for helping others
• Excellent time-management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and offer tailored home care solutions that meet those needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral sources to promote our services
• Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate the community about the benefits of home care services
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
• Regularly check in with both potential and existing clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts
