Compensation and Benefits

  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
  • Shift Schedule: Shifts starting at 4 am, 5 am, and 6 am (10 to 12-hour days)

Skills

  • Acceptable driving record
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and vehicle operation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

Responsibilities

  • Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle
  • Report unsafe situations or service calls to the Route Manager or Dispatch
  • Collaborate with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies
  • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Route Manager
  • Ensure all containers are dumped and the customer’s location is clean
  • Complete and submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal
  • Follow route assignments and complete documentation at the end of the route

Qualifications

  • No formal education required
  • Two (2) years of previous experience in a driver position
  • Commercial Drivers License B (CDL)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
