Job Description

Summary Description: We are currently seeking 6 HEDIS Correspondence Coordinators for a 3-4 month temporary assignment starting on January 16, 2024, and ending on April 27, 2024. As a HEDIS Correspondence Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact between provider offices and the insurance company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with provider offices to schedule medical record appointments
  • Professionally liaise with office managers, health systems, and other care providers
  • Highlight member demographics and utilize Adobe Acrobat Reader for documentation
  • Follow all Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Availability for a minimum of 8 hours a day, 5 days per week, with some flexibility
  • Reliable internet access and basic laptop and smartphone skills

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology
  • Some college coursework or degree
